Referee

Swing
Swinging, in boxing, is the name given to the movement that the athlete makes to study the opponent and deliver the best possible blow to reach a possible knockout and victory.
Stool
The stool is a small bench, as its name implies, used by the boxer between rounds. Its purpose is to allow the fighters to rest quickly.
